Cornell will present "Augmenting Dynamic Application Security Testing
with Static Analysis" as part of the Application Security &
Compliance track sponsored by Denim Group.
This presentation examines combining static analysis with automated
dynamic analysis in order to increase test coverage and improve the
veracity of results from Web application security assessments. Various
techniques are discussed for different levels of source code access and
an IBM(R) Rational(R) AppScan Extension Framework plug-in is
demonstrated that applies some of these techniques.
